“Most organizations assume it won't happen to them. That assumption is the liability. When something goes wrong, the question will not be ‘why didn't we have better locks?’ It will be ‘why didn't leadership build a safety culture?’”
“No one has ever been in a crisis and thought: I'm too prepared for this.”

Your Guide
Guy Beveridge
Guy has spent 30 years in environments where the wrong call gets people hurt or worse. As an Army veteran, law enforcement executive, and security professional, he learned that the difference between a close call and a catastrophe is one person who prepared. Today he helps organizations build the kind of safety culture that protects people before something goes wrong.
He has trained 5,000+ professionals since 1995 and 1,500+ church safety personnel since 2017. He serves on the IACDP board, teaches at LEMIT and ALERRT, and wrote the book on crisis readiness for houses of worship.
When he's not on the road, you'll find him in Central Texas patrolling the streets or with his wife Stephanie, their two kids, and two rescue chihuahuas, living life to the fullest.
